 This website is operated by AVVA . By visiting our site and/or purchasing any product from us you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions which to all users of the site.

 

 Please read the below Terms carefully before accessing or using this website. By accessing or using the site, you agree with the terms and if you do not agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Avva website.

 

 Products

 Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We did our best to display as accurately is possible the colours and images of our fabrics displayed on our website, so we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s will display accuracy of the chosen colours.

 Our products description are subject to change at any time without notice and at our sole discretion.  

 

Product Measurements

 

It is your responsibility to ensure that the measurements for bespoke products are 100% accurate. We have provided measuring guides on the site to help you to take the measurements accurately. We cannot accept any returns for made to measure products if you have provided the incorrect measurements. In case you may want the products to be altered, so any costs involved with this will be additional to your original order including postage

 

If the product doesn’t meet your specifications, or if they are in some way faulty, you must contact us immediate of receiving the product. Once returned we will proceed a full check and if found to be faulty or incorrect we will do our best to repair or alter the product and if is not possible to alter them, we will give you a full refund once it has been agreed that the fault lies with us.

 

You have the right to cancel the orders within 24 hours from placing the order. If you wish to cancel your full order you must notify us in writing by email at info@avva.co.uk with your name, order number and reason of cancellation.

 

Delivery

The goods shall be at the buyer’s risk as from delivery. Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is included within the price although we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery charge to certain locations or for certain sized items. You will always be informed of this in advance and given the opportunity to cancel your order should you wish to do so.

Once the goods are ready for despatch you will be contacted to arrange the delivery. Should you miss the pre-arranged delivery then we reserve the right to apply a second delivery charge to redeliver the order. We make every effort to deliver the goods within the expected timetable, however delays are sometimes inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. AVVA accepts no liability in respect of any failure to deliver the goods within the expected timetable. The buyer shall, upon delivery, examine the goods and shall promptly notify in writing to us, where appropriate, of any apparent damage, defect, or shortages.

 

 

If your order contains both small and furniture items, they will be delivered separately and you will receive a dispatch confirmation with further information regarding your delivery for each shipment.

Returns and Cancellations

 

Returns: If the goods that we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective you should notify us in writing at our contact address immediate of the delivery of the goods in question otherwise we shall have no liability to you. If you notify us of a problem under these conditions our only obligation will be, at our opinion: – to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective, to make good any shortage or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. When returning goods, you will be required to arrange and pay for transit unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty. If you prefer, we will arrange for a carrier to collect the goods from you, however the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you. Any goods returned should be in an unused condition, unmodified or damaged by the buyer in any way and in its original packaging.

 

Cancellations: Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate cancellation of an order, we reserve the right to levy a 30% cancellation charge of the order price in the early stages of production, or if the order has already been completed then regrettably, we will be unable to accept the cancellation and will not be able to offer a refund. All cancellations must be made in writing.

 

Made to measure item are very unlikely to be resold, they are specially made for you and for this reason we are unable to give a refund on these products.

 

 Sample service

 

 We strongly encourage all our customer to order a sample before placing the full order to avoid any disappointment in terms of colour or texture quality.

 The items displayed may vary in colour from that seen on your monitor. For this reason, we strongly recommend to use the sample service to ensure that the product is suitable for your use.

 

Complains

 

Any Complaint should be made direct to our Team using our contact details and we will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly and effectively within 30 days.
